No Posts For A While.
My boyfriend and I are having a really rough time right now with our relationship and things are incredibly painful and hurts more than anything. Therefore, I need some time to be away from here and many other things. Please understand that I won't be posting for a while as I try to sort things out.

Houston Weather & Breakouts...
You will be the death of me!!
I haven't been updating mainly because I've been sick since freaking Christmas! Basically, the weather here doesn't want to stay one way. It's either really cold, or it feels like summer. Currently, it's been rainy and muggy.
I'm asthmatic so anytime the weather changes/seasons change, my alergies and asthma go beserk and I'm susceptible to colds and flus. I have a cold that I feel will never go away, plus I refuse to call out sick at work. Working at Starbucks can exhaust a person, a sick one at that. Damn you Starbucks, cold, and crazy weather! *shakes fist*
Lack of sleep and being stressed has also made my face break out. I have combination/sensitive skin so lately I've been sticking to this beauty regime.
CLEANSER:
Origins Checks and Balances frothy face wash (morning and evening)
SCRUB:
St. Ives Apricot Scrub (used three times a week)
MASK:
Origins Clear Improvement active charcoal mask (used twice a week)
EYE GEL:
Origins No Puffery cooling mask (morning and evening)
FACE CREAM:
L'Oreal Paris Dermo-Expertise Wrinkle Defense Advanced Wrinkle Corrector & Dermo-Smoother (morning and evening)
BLEMISH ACNE TREATMENT:
AcneFree Acne & Blackhead Terminator 10 Medicated Spot Treatment (evening, found @ Walgreens)
I hope this works. Anyone got some great tips for dealing with breakouts?
I'm also heading to bed...I have work in the morning and hope to feel somewhat better. I'll post pictures Friday, which is my next off day. Seriously!! (I found my camera, fixed it, and found my card for it). Hold me up to it, too. :)

Bad Day
As you can tell by the title, I had a not too great day. The only thing that made it good was getting some really good sushi at Hikari (mmm, crunch spicy salmon roll!), hanging out @ B&N, and seeing some super cute cats and kittens at PetSmart. Boyfriend and I got into an argument so bleh on that. I decided to wait til tomorrow on pictures...I feel like experimenting on a look I might try for Saturday night. I meant to post tonight. I have a lot of free time tomorrow...I only worked 12 hrs this week. Hence all the posting. :)
Here's one the dress ideas I have. I have heels picked out.
It's a tunic top, but I figure I can wear it as a minidress. I'm 4'11" (5'2" in the heels), haha. More tomorrow.

Freaking Breakouts!!
I was going to post pics with my basic everyday look, but my face has started to break out. I think it's because my sleep pattern's out of whack and I've been stressed out with school.
I just finished my finals yesterday. Personally, I think the finals were ridiculous. I had one professor for 2 of my classes and she gave us review sheets. Now, when you get review sheets, you study off of them, right? Well, BARELY any of the information from the review were on the finals. My Nutrition final was tough too, but I made a B in the class so I'm content with that. I think I made an A in my Reading Instruction class. I'm hoping! Note to the wise: Anyone that thinks teaching is easy, it's not! Texas is, from what I've been told, one of the states that's hardcore on standards that need to be taught and there's so many of them. Not to mention, there's so many plans and assessments you have do. Argh. Ok, enough rambling on that issue. :)
Onto fashion. I have a banquet Saturday night to attend for my boyfriend's office. I can't decide on what to wear, how to do my makeup, and how to wear my hair. I'll post some pictures up tomorrow night to give you a better idea on my eyecolor, my hair, and the dresses I'm deciding on. But, I can give you a little bit about me to help anyone who wants to help out:
1. My eyes are blue-green and my eyelashes are blonde. :/
2. My hair's kinda long with side-swept bangs and it's thick and wavy.
I know it isn't much to go off on, but I promise to include pics tomorrow night.
I have fallen in love with Marc Jacobs as of late and really want this purse!
I don't have the money for it though...I still have yet to purchse X-Mas presents! Eek. Then again, that's what online shopping is for!
I'll blog more tomorrow. So much to do tonight and I have an 8 hr shift tomorrow morning that I'm not looking forward to. Until tomorrow!

Hello, Hello!
I'm new to this whole Blogger thing. I have a Xanga that I rarely use, a LJ I barely touched, and another blog elsewhere that I signed up for to keep in touch with a friend who was spending time in Vietnam, but never used either (that's what Facebook is for!). So, without further ado, hello again ya'll! :) Haha, I'm lame. Let's see...I started this blog to start fresh in a way and type about stuff I like (fashion, beauty, hair and music) and maybe get some fashion, makeup, and hair tips/ideas. I'm clueless when it comes to makeup and hair! I also feel this is a better outlet for me to ptretty much write whatever I want without having to feel censored (I hate that). Okay, a little about myself. I'm a petite girl who is a University student. I'm majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies, which in our school, means Education (teaching certification). Yeah, I want to be a kindergarten teacher and yes, I know I'm crazy. But, I think kids are adorable and I want to be able to help them become learners and explore their world (ah, cheezy but it's true). You'll often find me going on about music or listening to music. I love just about every genre out there except music. Oh yeah, I love the beach too. I want to live by one, but we'll see where life takes me in a year or two when I finally move out of my parents' home and into the real world. Scary! My friends and family are my life, as well as my boyfriend, Austin. I've been with him for about 3 years and we like to joke with each other and our friends that we're practically married. Other than that, I can't really think of much else to say. I hope to make some friends on here...I've already scoped out some cool blogs on here. So, feel free to comment or something. :)
